Our Policies
- Our salon is equipped with 20 24-hour security cameras for customer protection covering both the outside, front, and back for both customers, employees, and the public.
- The hair we use for braiding hair is Xpression, the gel is “PURE Neatbraid Conditioning Shining Gel”. If you have any allergic reaction to the hair or gel that we use you must let us know beforehand./li>
- If a customer is unhappy with services they previously received have up to 3 days to speak up.
- No smoking/drinking
- No pets
- All deposits are non refundable if you book an appointment you have to show up!
- 30 minute grace period is allowed, no more than that.
- At least 1 person as company allowed due to other customers privacy
